Joshua S. Inman, Attorney
Raised in Chilton County, Alabama, Joshua Inman is deeply rooted in the community he is dedicated to serving. After graduating from Chilton County High School in 2001, he earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from Auburn University. Joshua began his public-service career with the Alabama Department of Human Resources, where he served from 2007 to 2013, before being appointed by the District Court of Chilton County as a Juvenile Probation Officer—a position he held until the end of 2018.
Joshua went on to earn his Juris Doctor from the Birmingham School of Law and was admitted to practice by the Alabama State Bar in September 2018. He began his legal career as an associate with the respected firm of Jackson & Jackson, LLP before launching his own law practice—Inman & Associates, LLC—in July 2020.
Today, Joshua maintains a robust, wide-ranging legal practice that spans multiple areas of law. His work is defined by detail-oriented strategy, practical experience, and a relentless commitment to achieving results. In addition to his extensive government-law background, Joshua represents clients daily in probate and estate matters, trust formation and estate planning, juvenile and custody litigation, and a wide spectrum of civil cases as well as representing multiple businesses in the state. Whether navigating complex probate proceedings, drafting tailored estate plans, litigating sensitive family issues, or handling disputes involving property, contracts, and negligence, Joshua and his staff take every case and situation with attention to detail and communication with their clients.
Joshua also serves in several key governmental and community-based legal roles, reflecting both the trust placed in him and his understanding of municipal operations and public governance. He is the Municipal Attorney for the City of Clanton, where he provides comprehensive counsel on ordinances, contracts, policy development, compliance, and day-to-day governmental affairs. His background in government law is extensive, informed by years of service in state and county systems and strengthened through ongoing representation of public boards and agencies.

Stacy Caudle, Licensed Title Agent
Stacy Caudle is employed with Inman & Associates, LLC as a Licensed Title agent and as the Circuit Criminal Court coordinator. Stacy is licensed by the state of Alabama to conduct title searches and many other needed services for our practice to ensure that our Real Estate closings are completed without issue. Additionally, Stacy also assists with all felony criminal cases where our office represents people who are in need of criminal legal defense.
Amber Ellison, Assistant
Amber Ellison plays a vital role in our firm’s Estate Planning and Probate practice. She works closely with clients to craft clear, effective estate plans and provides hands-on support in Probate Court matters, including adoptions, guardianships, and conservatorships. Amber brings precision, compassion, and a commitment to excellence to every case she handles—ensuring clients feel informed, supported, and fully protected throughout the legal process.
Johna Davis, Assistant
Johna Davis plays a crucial role at Inman & Associates, where she is responsible for a variety of essential tasks that support both clients and the firm's operations. This includes scheduling appointments and meetings,. Johna also helps prepare important legal documents such as deeds, wills, and power of attorney forms, which are vital for estate planning. Additionally, she assists with real estate closings, helping to facilitate the transfer of property ownership.
